Listen for the repeated question
When several people ask the same question, the business may be missing a shared process. Questions such as which orders are at risk or who needs a reply point to sources, decisions, and owners that can be made explicit.
Save the path to the answer
The answer matters, but the method is often more valuable. Supervisor can preserve the sources it checked, the filters it used, and the action that followed. The next request starts from a known method instead of another search from scratch.
Promote carefully
Not every question should become automation. Wait for a stable pattern, name the owner, and define the exceptions. A workflow earns its place when people can understand it, change it, and recover when the source data is incomplete.
